Global Config in IBP 5.0

Hello Experts,

Happy New year to all!!!!

I am noticing that Global Config default settings are missing in IBP 5.0 systems. IBP 4.0 systems used to come with default global settings.

2 questions

1) Did any thing change with IBP 5.0?

2) How to get all JAM / Collaboration config values in global confg?

Any insights appreciated.....
