Delta loads using HCI for IBP

Hi all,

         We need to load the delta's using HCI 5o IBP.  We are trying to use the below link

For this we have created two scripts initial load and delta load and wrote the preload and post load scripts from the above link.

But when i run the deltaload task still all the records are loading. Any Suggestions?
